 Some building & development applications require referral agency response from State, Council or other Authorities (e.g. boundary setbacks, security bonds, amenity & aesthetics, build over infrastructure, residential services accommodation & Qld Fire Dept QFD (advice). 

 We can assist in coordinating & lodging planning & development applications and/or engage the services of our trusted network of Town Planners & Consultants for material change of use, subdivision, realignment of boundaries & operational works applications & requesting flood, geotech, mining & other reports. 

 We can assist in preparing, coordinating & lodging reports, code assessments & minor planning applications (e.g. character overlay, mining overlay, planning scheme setbacks/ builtform, building envelopes & plan of development conditions and minor change applications (planning). 

 Some development may involve approval from varying State Departments (e.g. Vegetation Clearing, Koala Habitat, Economic Development Compliance Assessments, Residential Accreditation) 

 We can coordinate the plumbing & drainage application for sewer & non-sewer sites upon receipt of the plans, design & application details.
